Office Interior Design is defined as the professional and comprehensive practice of creating an interior environment that addresses, protects, and responds to human need(s).
Our design approach is just that, human centred. We start with the people that use the space, gather research and insights to ensure that we create an environment that supports their needs, wellbeing, ways of working while bringing the values of the business to life.
It means that each space we create is unique and bespoke to the client and office space we design for.
We can be appointed to undertake Interior Design as a stand alone service (leaving you to select and appoint a contractor when you are ready). Full service Interior Design consists of:

Every kind of project starts from a great brief developed through insight into our client’s business. We invest as much time as possible in workspace consultancy, whether a small works project, office refurbishment or full office fit out. This ensures that the business leaders and project stakeholders are aligned in regards to the overall project and spatial strategy.
There’s an example timeline below of a typical office design process but we always work flexibly with our clients.
For example, we have helped our clients from start to finish or, just at the beginning and end (handing over to a contractor in the middle) or even just at the start to help a client visualise an office space.

The cost of Office Interior Design depends on what’s included and this is often regarded differently by different businesses. The work may move from strategic definition through to design development where you as a client would end up with a full drawing pack ready to be costed by a contractor. However, the design could just be conceptual and included drawings or CGIs of the space designed to help stakeholders visualise the space and help decide whether the office design project is something to undertake.
We have a handy cost calculator that we use to give our clients a rough guide at the start of a project but it’s really important for us to chat this through as frequently too many broad assumptions are made and budgets defined without understanding some key requirements from the outset.
