Our November palette of the month is inspired by the tones of Terracotta. It’s earthy tones add warmth to any space. It means ‘Baked Earth’ in Italian. It’s natural, rich quality helps to ground us. It reminds us of sunsets and warmer climes.

Design for Diversity: The Pledge

Somehow we are here, in the middle of 2020; 12 weeks into lockdown and six months into a world where COVID19 prevails with over 6 million global confirmed cases.

As part of trifle’s* CONSCIENCE we like to dedicate some of our time for free - to help with charity organisations or companies that we believe are doing worthwhile things but cannot afford design consultation. 

London Design Festival hit London even bigger and better than before - team trifle* tried to cram in as much of it as possible and here are our highlights.

At trifle* we have grown our expertise and love of designing for fast paced tech start ups. Last year alone there were 11,864 software development and programming businesses incorporated in the UK and in spite of Brexit this sector continues to grow.

Trifle* and Workstories co-hosted a panel event entitled Designing a Human-Centric Workspace during Clerkenwell Design Week. When it comes to workspace design, we know that one size does not fit all, so we explored how spaces can – and should – be designed to suit the complexity and diversity of businesses and their people

It’s the 10th anniversary of Clerkenwell Design Week & trifle’s 9th year in attendance; the sun is set to shine & we are looking forward to connecting with Furniture partners, colleagues, friends & clients.
