Townhouse for Contemporary Living | Queen’s Park

Designed in collaboration with a developer, this four-bedroom townhouse in Queen’s Park was conceived for the open market, with the aim of creating a home that balanced considered design with broad, lasting appeal. The approach focused on delivering a property that felt complete and resolved, yet intentionally flexible—allowing future owners to bring their own identity to the space without needing to undo or rework what was already there.

The interior scheme is rooted in quality, proportion and functionality. Material choices were selected for their longevity and quiet confidence rather than trend-led impact, ensuring the house would age gracefully over time. A bespoke kitchen forms the heart of the home, where heavily veined marble introduces a sense of drama and craftsmanship while remaining timeless and robust for everyday family use. In the hallway, a marble chequered floor creates a strong first impression, setting the tone for the level of detail carried throughout the house. A bespoke fireplace further anchors the living spaces, providing both visual focus and a sense of permanence.

Spatial planning was carefully considered to support modern family life, with layouts that feel intuitive, practical and generous. Storage, circulation and natural light were all prioritised to ensure the house functions as effortlessly as it looks.

The result is a beautifully designed, move-in-ready family home—one that offers clarity, warmth and quality, while leaving room for personalisation over time. The success of this approach was reflected in the property achieving the highest sale value on the road to date, underscoring the value of thoughtful, design-led development.
