We always work quite flexibly with our clients as different refurbishment projects may require slightly different ways of working but as with any project, a good office refurbishment project starts with a great brief which means initially focusing on understanding your needs through workplace consultancy.
Once brief and objectives are understood we develop the conceptual design through to developed design. At this stage engaging with a contractor can take place to fully define the timeline and build budget. Alongside, we also work up the furniture options and budget so you can understand your overall project costs before work takes place.
