A new office for Gabriele Skelton

Friday, January 27th, 2012

When Gabriele Skelton recruitment approached trifle creative* to breathe life into their offices, we discovered the challenges were:

  • Personality:  Gabriele Skelton’s communications are quirky and playful and yet this wasn’t reflected in their working environment.
  • People:  there were no clearly defined areas for the staff and visitors; no meet and greet area or staff break out spaces.
  • Privacy:  there was a need for small and discreet meeting areas where interviews could take place.

By rethinking the whole space, team trifle* created three small meeting rooms as well as a welcoming reception area and some comfortable spaces for staff to meet away from their desks – and we all know that’s where the real work gets done!

A new space in Midford Place.

Friday, January 27th, 2012

When TangibleUK took on a new space by their offices in Midford Place, W1 they asked team trifle* to turn it into a multi-purpose meeting space.  A run-down shell needed to be turned into a versatile space with formal boardroom, cosy breakout space and multi-purpose, informal consumer group/workshop hub.

With 5 companies using the space, all of whom have their own requirements as well as look and feel, we wanted to inject lots of character to each zone while giving subtle nods to the companies who would be using it.

We also had to contend with the noise of Tottenham Court Road and so installed secondary glazing across all the windows that were roadside so no one had to compete with the traffic!

Team trifle* tackled all the challenges and created a stylish yet practical space that works on every level.

Have you made your New Year’s Renovations?

Friday, January 27th, 2012

Hello and Happy New Year from team trifle*.  We hope that though your resolutions may be falling by the wayside you haven’t forgotten your renovations.

We were busy in 2011 creating gorgeous, inspirational and practical spaces for a range of companies and this year we hope we can do the same for you.

Recently we created a new office and showroom for Knomo to display their gorgeous bags.  The challenges were:

  • Space: How can we create inspiring and informal spaces within our open plan environment?
  • Show: How can we best showcase our brand and our product to our clients?
  • Store: How do we solve our storage problems?

The trifle creative* team redesigned and refurbished a two floor unit to answer these challenges and more – resulting in a multi-functional space that was impressive to clients and inspiring to staff.

Whether your company wants to renovate and re-energise your entire workspace or just create an impressive reception or meeting room to wow your clients, team trifle* knows how to help.
