When Gabriele Skelton recruitment approached trifle creative* to breathe life into their offices, we discovered the challenges were:
- Personality: Gabriele Skelton’s communications are quirky and playful and yet this wasn’t reflected in their working environment.
- People: there were no clearly defined areas for the staff and visitors; no meet and greet area or staff break out spaces.
- Privacy: there was a need for small and discreet meeting areas where interviews could take place.
By rethinking the whole space, team trifle* created three small meeting rooms as well as a welcoming reception area and some comfortable spaces for staff to meet away from their desks – and we all know that’s where the real work gets done!
